Shawn started his career as a systems engineer in the Republic of Singapore Airforce. After his tenure in the military service, he became the Director for Uni-Drive systems which specializes in advanced mechanical systems and integration. Using the skills and experience over the years, he founded Uni-Lab Healthcare seeing the need for a more integrated  and efficient solution in the healthcare sector.
